Description

Our client, a top regional agency, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Claims Coordinator to join their insurance agency team. The Commercial Lines Claims Liaison coordinates efforts between Sales, Service, and Carrier teams. This role manages loss reporting to the Carrier, keeps the Insured/Customer updated, and participates in larger risk profile reviews to support growth initiatives. This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary range up to $80,000, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to their agency's claims management process.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate communication and serve as a bridge between Sales, Service, and Carrier teams.

Report claims data promptly and accurately to the Carrier and address any audit inquiries.

Track, reconcile, and verify claims and financial data, collaborating with actuaries for accuracy.

Monitor claim developments and provide necessary support as a backup for Account Managers.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree and insurance studies preferred.

Active Property and Casualty License, with at least four years of insurance experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with an Agency Management System, ideally AMS360 and ImageRight.

Highly organized, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to communicate key information effectively.

Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
