Description

A few Key Responsibilities
Generate new business sales by proactively contacting prospects and following the agency sales process

Maintain an active new business pipeline with multiple prospects in various pipeline stages; demonstrate measurable prospect movement along those stages; and accurately track activity within the agency management system

Schedule and conduct appointments with prospects to deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations

Gather relevant business and underwriting information to provide proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client or prospect

Provide informed advice and recommendations to clients and prospects to ensure appropriate coverage solutions that meet or exceed agency standards


Required Qualifications
2 or more years of successful business-to-business consultative sales experience

Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly motivated and organized

Energetic, dedicated team player

Experience with CRM and sales management systems

Basic computer knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
