Sue joined Criterion in August, 2010 after 14 years with a national recruiting organization and 6 years in her own company. She built her business in Employee Benefits and Healthcare Consulting, soon becoming one of the top recruiters in the country in Benefits. Prior to starting her career in recruiting, Sue spent 10 years in compensation and benefit communications consulting with Towers Perrin, a national HR and Benefits Consulting firm. She continues to provide comprehensive human resource consulting and recruiting services to her clients and credits her success to honesty, integrity, humor, resilience, tenacity, and an immensely strong commitment and loyalty to her clients. And, her own personal experience working in a consulting environment coupled with years as an industry recruiter gives Sue an in-depth understanding of what employers look for in candidates and what candidates look for in companies.
