Louisville – Lexington, KY
Insurance Broker seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Employee Benefits Producer with 3+ years of experience in EB sales to join their team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain a book of employee benefits business targeting middle-market employers (25–500 employees)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the KY market

Build and maintain long-term client relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners

Conduct needs assessments and benefits plan analysis

Present comprehensive employee benefits solutions including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary lines

Collaborate with internal teams across account management, compliance, and operations

Cross-sell across Benefits, P&C lines.

Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates

QUALIFICATIONS
Active Life & Health license

Proven new business development track record in employee benefits

Middle-market account experience — groups in the 25–500 employee range

Established relationships with employers and HR decision-makers

Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition

COMPENSATION
Aggressive commission splits

Base salary + bonuses, equity participation

Producer contests, trips, and events
